FAQ
How soon can I have my site up and running?
Your new can be set up in approximately 4-5 business days after we receive all of your website information. However, an actual completion timeframe may vary slightly depending on your circumstances (such as having to transfer an exiting site) and our production volume at that time.
What is your customer satisfaction and return policy?
We offer a 6 month risk free money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your site and we cannot make it right, we'll promptly return the full amount of your purchase price (does not include monthly membership fees). Although we process your request within 7 business days, depending on your bank, it might take up to 4 weeks before your fund goes back to your account.
What if I already have a website?
We can work with your existing domain name if you don't need to keep your old site.
Please point your DNS to ns1.sz-solutions.com and ns2.sz-solutions.com when we are ready to go live.
I have my own domain and hosting already... can I keep them?
Yes, you may keep your domain and hosting with another company. However, you will NOT receive our ongoing support. If your website goes down or you have some issues you will need to contact your existing provider, not Instant Private Practice Site. We recommend hosting with us. You will receive an excellent service and benefits from occasional free upgrades and bonuses.
Do you offer any customization for my site?
Yes, please contact us at sales@InstantPrivatePracticeSite.com
I don't have a logo, but on a shoestring budget. Can you create something that’s appropriate for my business?
As part of your Instant Private Practice Site purchase, we can stylize your business name and create a clean, professional identity art with your business name.
I need my site in a foreign language. Could you still work with me?
At this time, the only foreign languages we can work with is Spanish and Japanese.
